深圳优能石油天然气设备有限公司于近期圆满完成中海油某海上平台MEG回收装置的管线系统应力分析项目,收到客户的一致好评!

在此项目中深圳优能一共完成20多套管线系统大约100多条管线的应力分析,主要工作内容包括:

静态分析包含30多种组合工况条件下的

      1. 局部应力分析

      2. 管支撑的支座反力校核

      3. 管支撑的选型与校核

      4. 复杂工况下的支撑点位移

      5. 法兰密封面的泄露校核

      6. 设备管嘴的许用载荷和最大变形校核    

动态分析:主要校核各种组合工况下的自然频率


Recently, our company successfully completed the stress analysis of pipeline system of CNOOC offshore platform MEG recovery unit.
The project includes 21 pipeline systems with a total of more than 130 pipelines
Main objective of the pipe stress analysis:

--> Calculate the piping stress (including primary stress and secondary stress) under various loading cases, confirm this to be within allowable value.
--> Calculate the forces and moments acting on the equipment nozzles, confirm it to be acceptable.
--> Locate the pipe supports to a reasonable position and select the proper type, especially for important supports, such as spring hunger, snubber and special rigid struts, etc.
--> Provide the forces and moments on each major support.
--> Check flange leakage on piping connections.
--> Calculate the piping displacement for interference checks.
--> Calculate the piping system natural frequency.
